Summer and hourly substitutes wanted!

Kooperativet Hand i Hand is a member-driven organization founded in 1995 for people entitled to assistance. Our members are located in Skåne, Halland, southern Småland, Västra Götaland, Stockholm, and Jämtland. We have offices in Halmstad, Hässleholm, and Malmö. We support our members with everything from applying for hours from Försäkringskassan/the municipality to personnel issues concerning personal assistants. We believe that the work of a personal assistant is one of the most important jobs there is, as it provides an opportunity for another person to live their life like everyone else.

I am a woman living in Hammar. I have a very rare illness that makes me need help with most things in everyday life. Due to my assistance needs, I feel most comfortable with women.

I am currently looking for summer substitutes and hourly substitutes who can step in when my staff is on leave or sick. A night position at 70 percent may also be available. The working hours are scheduled from 08:00 to 20:00 during the day. Night shifts are from 20:00 to 08:00, awake night.

I am looking for someone who is responsible, humble, attentive, and has a sense of humor. It is important that you can follow instructions and take your own initiatives, while also being a good listener. You should be non-smoking and understand the importance of good hygiene. I have cats at home and sometimes a dog, so you must be an animal lover and not allergic.

Sometimes my home is full of my adult children and my grandchild, and sometimes it is just us, so it is important that you can feel comfortable in different situations and have good social skills. My interests include Pokemon GO, various mobile games, flowers, languages, crocheting, and painting, etc. I spend most of my time in bed, so the more common interests we have, the nicer it will be.

It is important that the personal chemistry works, and I would like you to have previous experience in personal assistance.
